Is Sticki live yet?
Not publicly. We're in private pilot with a small number of shops, opening to new merchants soon. Start-free from the homepage joins the waitlist.
How is this different from Square Loyalty?
Square Loyalty is points and tiers, tied to Square's POS and Square's app. Sticki is game-based, wallet-native (Apple Wallet + Google Wallet), and runs on any POS — so when you open a second location on Toast, Sticki comes with you. It also A/B tests every campaign by default, which Square Loyalty does not.
What about Toast Loyalty / Fivestars / Stamp Me?
All tied to their own POS or their own customer app. None ship variable-reward games or wallet-pass-native enrollment. If you switch POS later, you lose the program. Sticki is the layer that sits on top, so your program survives.
Will my customers get frustrated if they lose?
We default to a 60% win rate, with a guaranteed win by the second play. Most wins are small upgrades that cost you pennies (extra shot, oat milk, 10% off). Rare wins are the free item worth talking about. Customers don't churn on games that feel winnable — they churn on games that feel stingy. Ours is designed not to feel stingy.
Do I have to train my staff?
No. Enrollment is customer-driven — a table tent, a counter sign, or a QR on the receipt. Your customer scans and adds the pass themselves. At redemption, staff either sees the reward on your POS (when integrated) or the customer shows their phone. Your team's only job is to hand over the free croissant.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. The names, emails, phone numbers, and transaction history at your shop are yours — exportable anytime to CSV or your CRM. Sticki owns the wallet-pass infrastructure and the anonymous cross-merchant identity. If you leave Sticki, you keep your list.
Which POS integrations are live vs coming?
Live today: Square, Stripe, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet.
Coming: Toast, Shopify POS, Clover, Mailchimp.
No integration? Sticki still works — customers scan a QR, staff honors the reward manually. You just miss auto-redemption at the register.
